Can i apply to college as a international student if i enter on a K1 which is a nonimmigrant visa and sent in a AOS after?

Not sure if i could do that after i get my Green card, or should i apply as normal after i get the green card?

Trying to plan a future and realised i need to study to get a job after hehe.

Hi,

Talk to the school.

It's unlikely that you would be allowed to enroll until you either get a student visa or legal status to attend school.

Do you realize that tuition for an international student will be significantly higher than in-state tuition if you qualify as a residence based on your spouse's residency?

Work. Hold off until you get in-state residency for tuition. You would also qualify for financial aid as an LPR.
