I am new to this site but seem to find valuable info that assist people in the various delemma that we all encounter on the amazing visa journey.

Here is my quandrom I have been trying to get my wife here in the states but seems stuck on the amazing and surprising bureaucratic process of one of the African states, my wife visa interview went well and she was told to pick her visa in two weeks, but suddenly one of the paper was missing signature and was requested to submit and wait few days for visa, we comply return paper through the carrier and wAited two weeks three month no visa, ,, got phone call to get sponsor we already submit form 864 twice but since phone call is from counsel office operator was rude and didn't even explain what actually they need now,, what seems the issue I am lost and frustrated

Your wife needs to go to the US embassy in her place. She needs to talk to them. My opinion.

This seems like a misplacement of some documents. Trying to get an appointment to discuss this at your consulate might be a good option

Well gang I let my wife go and check embassy and they said they have recieved documents and my ceac status change to ap now, hope not to long to issue I hope ,, thanks for having a forum where we can vent our frustration hope it would be worth it at the end,,
