How long does NVC take to respond an email?

Hello.

I emailed NVC on Monday, using the inquiry email form but haven't received any email from them.

How long does NVC usually take to respond an email?

I'm now wondering if I put the wrong address even though I double checked it and had my husband check it, too.

I've heard it can take a month or more. For anything important, you should call.

I also have been emailing them every day for a week now. No response. I have tried calling but always get the response that "All operators are busy" and get disconnected.

Stop emailing it can take 30 to 60 days to get a response. Call Do not email.

It took them to respond to our email exactly 2 and half months, ridicilous right? we solved it on phone way before because we would wait forever

For my first email, NVC took around 2 months to give me an answer. I sent them another email about 3 months ago. still no reply.

Well to increase your chances at getting them it best to call during the morning just as they open or before the hour of closing but then it's relative consistent calling you will surely get through
