How long it will take USCIS responds back on the rfe of circumstances of meeting?!

They say within 60 days after receiving your response. But this varies. Some here have got a response in a few days. Others (like me) have had to wait over 5 months for approval after receipt of response to RFE. Good luck!

PS: please update your timeline so as to get the best advice here as well as to be helpful to others in similar situations. Thanks

It had nothing to do with the RFE. That was for more pics of us together. They kept stalling giving vague answers. If you click my profile and look up my old posts, you will know what I'm talking about.

Finally after contacting the Congressman, they said it was background checks. For complete details, pls see my old posts.

Anyhow, my delay was the exception and not the norm. So hopefully, you are approved much sooner.

Thank you for reply. I do hope for the best!

I read your posts but at least they finally approved your visa! I wish you luck on the next stages and hopefully everything moves fast and smooth for you!

Thanks totemtati.

I see your petition is for Ukraine. Maybe you can ask them to expedite considering the geopolitical scenario. At the most they may say no. But if they accept it, then you are on the fast ticket to approval. Worth a try at least.
