IMHO, the ultimate objective is for the OP to get to the US in any fashion, then sit back, get married, do the AOS, etc, without having to endure any sort of waiting period...

VWP would have achieved that.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I think so too.

I love the smell of napalm.

the VWP disappeared when he tried for the B2 and failed....

That is not so, now whether he has an approve ESTA I do not know if he has mentioned.

Most likely it is gone. https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1097/~/previously-denied-a-visa-or-immigration-benefit

Not sure if it was there or had been updated since the refusal. Usually getting another ESTA is just time.

As far as i know, i will never be eligible for an ESTA.

So whenever they won't ask me about my girlfriend during the interview i don't have to tell about her? Or will this be considered lying too?

And for the K1 visa, i meant a CR1.

Why not?

So you're planning on marrying her once you come over and then you're going home?

Since you have mentioned her in the previous interview ( I interpret you did from your first post ) it's more than likely that they will ask you. They make notes of what you tell them during the interviews.
