When sponsoring for an adult and a child for AOS do I include the childs name on the fathers I864 FORM or each has to fill out an individual form using the same sponsor? This part confused me HELP!?

Is this for a K-1 and K-2 adjusting status? If the child immigrated at the same time or within 6 months, then yes, you list them on the same I-864 where it asks in Part 3 #2.
