Can you call to find out your oath date?

Can you call to find out your oath date before receiving the letter? Would they let you speak to a tier 2 just to find out the date (all that once the online status says oath mailed)?

Some people have been successful with this after waiting 2-3 days from the website update. Maybe tell T1 that you need to travel out of the country, and are trying to plan around the oath. That may work.
