Could anyone list full required vaccination for K1 visa?

Should we take it before taking medical and vaccination exam? just in case they run out of vaccinations when exam takes place.

is it ok?

I do not believe there is any vaccination requirement for a K1 visa because if you are missing any, they will need to be administered when you file for AOS. It is, however, preferrable to have those done in VN because of the costs.

I read somewhere but not sure

TD, MMR, HBV, OPV

For people were born before 2002

So if I took these vaccinations prior to K1 visa, so I dnt need to take it again right?

Hi frontgear, I see you post quite many topics here I might ask about parents' name fields in G-325A.

In G-325A below applicant's name, there are 2 lines for Father and mother name. but it just has only 2 fields for Family name and First name. But my parents, both of them have 3 and 4 words of full name. so should I drop middle name because there is no box to fill in.

example:

Nguyen Thi My Hanh

Nguyen: Family name

Thi My: Middle Name

Hanh: First Name

so I fill Nguyen to family name box, Hanh to first name box. And drop these other two.

Is this fine?

Im pretty sure this will happen a lot for vietnamese applicant as we all usually have many words of name for women.

Appreciate if someone could help

I noticed when going to the U.S, they put my wife's name like what you stated. thi and my would be middle name. But when I filled out the paperwork, i still used My Hanh as first name, it's fine. They aren't too picky about the names like that. My wife's parents don't even have a birth dates, just the year and strange enough, it was completely fine.

May 7, 2014 - I-130 sent to Chicago, IL Lockbox

May 12, 2014 - Case recieved at Chicago, IL.

May 13, 2014 - Case accepted. Received LIN#. Case forwarded to USCIS, Nebraska. i-797 hard copy received shortly after.

Hi all,

I wonder,

I will have my vaccination today 18aug. And was require to go back for other 2 shots on 18 sep.

My medical is on 6 sep.

Can I still supply my yellow sheet after 2nd shots to IOM and have them transcribed to ds3025 or i693?

Or i can just bring yellow sheet and transcribe it here in the states?

Thanks
