Interview and I94

I made the mistake of submitting my original I94 with my I130 form...I was then told that I could request it to be mailed back to me, which I did but all I got was a reply saying that they had located the "document" but they could not return it to me...after that i went ahead and filed to get a duplicate of my I94...(form I102 I believe...)

Now to my problem...my interview will be in 1 month and I still haven't received it (only the receipt..) Will it be a problem at my interview? I have copies of everything (forms and I94) but do you guys think they'll give me a hard time?

Your IO will have your file with the original I-94 at the interview. Relax, you're fine. Bring copies

Edit: Wait, you say you sent it with your I-130? Did you mail your I-130 and I-485 together?

No...that's the problem...We mailed the I130 before, and only when it was approved we mailed the AOS. Stupid I know, but that's what USCIS told my hubby...

If the replacement has not arrived take the copy of the I-94 you have and a copy of the forms for the replacement I-94.. you did keep a copy??

You'll be fine. I forgot to bring my passport and I-94 to the interview, and the IO didn't care, cause I had copies

If USCIS are doing their job properly, your I-94 should be in your file which the interviewing officer will have. Bring a copy and you will be fine. If you are approved they take your I-94 anyway, so its not like you have any use for it any more!
