Hello, Basically just got married and were preparing the I-485 & got my completed DS-3250 so question is does she still need to see a civil surgeon? Because there is a remark where a certain vaccine was unavailable which you can see in the images below. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

As per the attachments the DS3025 has varicella history checked, meaning a vaccine isn't needed. The "US VACCINATIONS COMPLETE" is also checked ergo vaccinations would appear to up-to-date according to the panel physician.

No need to get anything transcribed.

Not sure why it mattered to note that the vaccine is not available when you had history of chickenpox and did not even need the vaccine anyway. Should be fine with how it is filled out.
