N400 question around citation/parking ticket

This is around the question 23 where it asked if you were ever arrested/cited etc.

I was cited for traffice violations only. No arrest. Just a speeding ticket, or a driving with expired license plates or a parking ticket.

So my question is-

• I am going to answer Yes (because I was cited for speeding and got a ticket/and once I was driving with expired lic plates and got a ticket) -is that the thing to do?
• should I also list all the parking tickets I got?????

Yes on both. Provide details of each ticket on the table provided, along with stating that you paid the fine etc.

I disagree with edt370a. You do not need to document parking tickets. USCIS says so in their materials.

You do not have to document PARKING tickets. When I said yes on both I meant you have to say Yes on the question and also give details on the table provided. You *have* to mention *all* moving violations, no matter how small the fine was, but supposedly you don't have to bring court documents if the fine was less than $500. However people have been asked to document tickets during interview that were smaller than $500 so I would take all the documentation with me anyway. They may not ask for it but at least if they did it would not give them an excuse to delay things further by sending an RFE etc.

Not parking tickets, only moving violations like your speeding ticket.

So to clarify and that I understood this

I don't have to mention on the n400 any parking tickets i got (it is listed as parking payment device violation and code is IN), only mention moving violations like speeding or driving with expired license plates. No parking ticket mention
