My wife only have a certified copy of Ho Khau. Is it ok at the interview or she will need an original one?

Sorry but off topic, when was your case complete and when did you receive the interview date

May 7, 2014 - I-130 sent to Chicago, IL Lockbox

May 12, 2014 - Case recieved at Chicago, IL.

May 13, 2014 - Case accepted. Received LIN#. Case forwarded to USCIS, Nebraska. i-797 hard copy received shortly after.

Sorry but off topic, when was your case complete and when did you receive the interview date

My case was completed on August 27. I don't have an interview yet but my expedite request was approved so I guess they will schedule it soon.

Thanks Klipsch17310. I was hoping it's ok to use a certified copy because she will have to get the original book from her home in central Vietnam.

You'll need to give them the original when you go to the interview. After the interview, they will return it to you immediately. But they WILL ask for the original.
