DS-160 Form Help URGENT! PLEASE HELP ME.

Hi,

I filled out a DS-160 about two months ago, because I was planning to go to the U.S. around July 15. I submitted the form, and emailed myself the application confirmation page, but I never got the email. Now, I can't retrieve my application to pull up the page, it just keeps refreshing to the same page. I don't know what to do. I've tried calling a million of their numbers, not one of them have an actual person talking, no matter how many numbers I press. This forum is literally my last hope. I've kept on postponing my appointment date, because I don't want to lose my £100.

Should I fill out a new DS-160? If I do so, can I still keep the original interview date? Or do I need to postpone that yet again?

Also, seeing that the date of departure to the U.S. on my form has obviously passed (it was July 15, 2015), will I need to fill out a new DS-160 anyway?

Please help me, I'm literally desperate!

Just fill out a new one gosh. Your interview date is not tied to your DS-160.

You're right I tried to edit it, but it was too late. You'll be just fine bringing the new DS-160 on your appt date.
