I have very tight time for my interview but I don't have my formI 134 can the signature be scanned ? What others things do I need to have? Help please

I would get a very good quality scan and print out of the document. If possible, I would also have the petitioner fax the document to you as a faxed copy is considered a valid and legal copy of the original document. Failing that, the petitioner may have to send it via FedEx or some other "overnight" service should the Embassy/Consulate not accept either the printout or the faxed copy. This is not a cheap option as I spent $100 each way for documents for my wife's interview as she only had one week before her interview.

I do not think the signature on the I-134 is a critical as other signatures since the I-134 is not a legally binding document. Worst that can happen is you receive a delay in the issuing of the visa until you provide a document with an original signature.

Best of luck,

Dave
