Hello all my pd is 4th sep 2014 my problem is that my husband has lost my marriage certoiicate and birth certificate although i have the scanned soft copy. What should i do know issue the duplicate or infirm nvc about it first.

NVC will not be able to help you because its problem with your home country. You need to get another copy of marriage certificate and birth certificate from Pakistan only. Soft copies of even Xerox copies are not acceptable because they need to see original at time of interview. You are going to have to do lot of run around to get those in Pakistan but it is best if your husband can find it.

04/29/2015 - DS261 filled

05/02/2015 - Case under CSPA review

06/04/2015 - Supervisor review Initiated-Wait 42 days

RESULT ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING

MUCH AWAITED UPDATES :

OCT-27-2015

NOV-17-2015 (most likely it was due to my email inquiry)

JAN-08-2016 (due to my email inquiry)

FEB-09-2016 (first real update)

MAR-08-2016

MAR-09-2016

MAR-10-2016 ISSUED
