I submit i130 for relative visa. on march and it was routed to nabraska and today i got RFE,we called uscis to know what we miss in the application and the told us that they cant tell until we get the package .did anyone know how long it take them to respond back or approve those with RFE cases after RFE send back?

There is no timeline, some cases get delayed some don't and it will also depend on what the RFE is for and how fast you respond with what they need from you.

My husband didn't send his photos when he applied for my visa (I130). He got a letter asking for his photos after he sent it, it only took a few days 15-20 days after they approved my visa.
