Hi guys :( I was just wondering if anybody can share their experience on how long it took for you to get your biometrics appointment letter after you have submitted your I-485. I've submitted mine July 27th, they've received it on the 28th and Notice Date is the 30th of July. I received my NOA1 a week later. But it's been more than a month and I still haven't received my biometrics appointment. I have already called USCIS regarding this, and all they said was that it was still pending but they will make updates about it. I also told them that my medical will expire on October, thus I need to have my interview soon. :( This is just so depressing.

You can see updates in my signature.

Settle in for a long wait but this too shall pass.

We tried an earlier walk in and were successful but you need the letter for most offices.

It should come any day, if not call again.

Are you sure your medical expires in October? Your medical is valid for a year and according to your timeline you did the whole process in the beginning of this year, you received your package in March and you had your interview in May. Only way for your medical to expire in October is if you did your medical last year before you even started the process...

Hi yes, I must say that I did my medical in London, and it expires on October 9. ?? I would've applied for my AOS sooner, but my marriage certificate didn't come until 8 weeks. I kept calling Los Angeles County Clerk only to be always rudely answered by somebody to tell me to wait for it. ??
