Hello,

My newly married wife and I are about to file I-130/I-485/I-765/I-131/G-1145 to adjust her status from the VWP and are looking for advice. Any help with the following questions is greatly appreciated.

  • Aside from the forms themselves and the fees, do we need to attach or send any other documents initially?
  • Do we need to include the proof of income at this point? (e.g. W2 or proof of income)
  • Do we need to send proof of relationship or evidence that we had no initial intent when filing these documents now?
  • Do we need to include affidavits from friends/family at this point for evidence?
  • Anything else I am missing?

Thank you all in advance for you assistance.

Please see the guides here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

All documentation required needs to be included with the packet, otherwise you are likely to receive an RFE and thus delaying the process.
