Filling up form I-864 Affidavit of Support Questions

Hi! Have a good day everyone. I just have a few questions about filling the I-864 form.

*Part 3 Information about the Immigrants you are Sponsoring

Item 1 the Petitioner which is my husband will mark the box "YES"

because I'm the principal Immigrant and no more family member included.

Question is should he just leave blank the Part 3 Items 3.a to 27 or put N/A on each every box?

*Part 5 Sponsor's Household

Item 1 husband will put 1 because im the only immigrant that he is sponsoring

Item 3 we are married and im the beneficiary/immigrant that he is sponsoring

Question is should he still put 1 here? Even if it is already counted on

Item 1?

*For the other part of the form that are not applicable to us, can we just leave it blank? Like the Part 9, 10, and 11.

I would be greatful and will appreciate every answers to my questions. Thank you.

My husband does not meet the poverty guideline so we are having his Dad our Joint Sponsor. I heard that using I-864ez are for those petitioner who has enough income to meet the poverty guideline and doesn't need a joint sponsor. Thanks for the respond.

We left all the other part 3 boxes blank and didn't get checklisted for that.

You only count each person once. So if it's just your husband in the household and you are the beneficiary, it's a two person household.

Part 9 you leave blank if the petitioner filled in the form themselves. Part 10 and 11, I don't know what they are, as they were not part of the old form we used but if it doesn't apply to you, just leave it blank.

This is how we did it on the old form though, so if you're using the new form, double check the instructions to make sure it doesn't specify that you need to do it another way.

My sponsor only meet the poverty guidelines by 100% not by 125% that's why we need joint sponsor. Sis one last question hehe.. About my sponsor's household size, should he count his Dad who is our Joint Sponsor on the form I-864 Part5 Item 7 Which says "If you have siblings, parents, or adult children with the same principal residence who are combining their income with yours by submitting Form I-864A, enter the number here" My sponsor is living with his Dad in the same address. However, our Joint Sponsor will be using Form I-864.

My Sponsor/Petitioner's income is not sufficient to the poverty Guidelines that we have to meet. We are going to have his Dad as a Joint Sponsor to meet the amount that we need. They are living the same address. Should the joint sponsor use the Form I-864A? And count him in my sponsor's household size on Part5 Item #7?

Sorry for the question, we are really confused on that part. I would highly appreciate every answers to my questions.
