Anyone here married to an Indonesian citizen will understand the importance of a pre-nup in order to protect the Indonesian from potential land/property seizure by the government in the event of death or separation.

Has anyone gone through this process? Are there any templates I can copy to save legal and notaris expenses? A template that is known to have been accepted by the Indo legal system is obviously preferred. I only need land ownership to be covered in the pre-nup. Thanks.
