Hi everyone again :)

Bit of a simple question - will the person that interviews me at the Montreal Consulate tell me after the interview if I've been approved or not?

Or do they not say anything and then just have you wait until the visa arrives in the mail?

Thanks! Seems like an obvious question but I wasn't 100% sure so yeah. :D

He told me during my interview! And handed me a page that said welcome to America :)

You get conditional approval at the end of the interview (they take your passport and give you a welcome letter) and go into some further processing afterwards. This is usually pretty short, but as long as you don't book a flight until you get your passport, you're golden.
