nvcinquiry@state.gov is where you can email them but be advised that they rarely ever reply quickly. They usually get back to you weeks after they finish processing your case, I emailed 3 weeks ago and nothing. It's best to call even though it takes forever to get through. I would advise calling very early in the morning or in the evening before they close. Yesterday it took me 150 calls to get through by today it took only one call!

Congrats to those that have recieved their case number from NVC! My NOA2 date is August 20, I called again today and they haven't gotten mine yet. I hope by the end of this week or beginning of next week I can get my case number! :)

NOA2 date was Aug 21. NVC received our case on Sept 15 and issued case and invoice numbers. Called around 0520 PST and was able to get through with 5 minute wait time. Good luck!

  • 3 weeks later...

So I try call them a lot of times but end up to never being able to talk with someone. Still I get a letter from NVC at September 21 saying they receive my case and with my case number and all the rest of the info. Still there it says "The NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy...", so September 21 is the date they receive my approved I-129F or is the date where they send my case to the embassy?

Timeline

it's our 40th day today since approval..

Approval date: August 25th

I have been calling NVC alot of times a day,the entire weekdays, but no luck yet, they keep saying they haven't received my case from USCIS.

SO i called USCIS and demanded to connect me to Tier 2 representative, the agent said our case was sent to NVC on Sept. 30.. See, they can't do their job right but I can't do anything about it, it is just frustrating... There's a lot of case after me that are already preparing and scheduling their interviews.

So hopefully i don't have to wait for another 35days from Sept. 30 just to get my MCN. :protest::ranting:
