How did you find out about the NVC receive date?

I'm considering calling the NVC either today or tomorrow to find out.

Tomorrow marks 2 weeks since our I-130 was approved and 1 week since I sent a message to the NVC via their website in order to find out if they've received our case. I guess they have, but would love to know as well if there is a case number for it.

We're both currently working in Spain, so we also need to do the joint-sponsor.

I emailed the twice the last 14 days and have heard nothing back.

So don´t hold your hope on that.

Thanks for your reply. I was getting frustrated about this information.

Seems there is no consistency, some people get notified by USCIS when they send it to NVC, some others see it at the USCIS status page and some others claim that NVC notified them. I will start calling this Monday, my NOA 2 was on Nov 4th.

When is it the best time to call? No luck so far at all!

I called them the first time in the morning which was 10am EST. It took 5 calls before I was able to get in. The 2nd time I called was 1pm in the afternoon EST. I tried 3 times before I got in. Wait time was about 15 mins before I spoke with someone. I would suggest to call right when they open business in the morning.

Monday are bad.

But i had luck friday and thuesday around 07 there time.

The 42 days is what they say to all of us.

They got my case on the same day as you, so lets keep updating.

Think we will get number about the same time.

Hi when the case leave USCIS then there is no more updates there.

Next time you can get updates, is with the case number and you have to use it on this page https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?
