September 2015 CR1 filers

From what I have seen, NOA2 we usually get in the mail in a couple of weeks after approval. Then approx 2 to 4 weeks to get to NVC. I hope this goes fast for all of us!

I got my NOA2 in mail 8-10 days after. Now im waiting to get NVC Case number, but i cant even get in the phone wait for NVC. Been calling all day.

I called them once just to see what the waiting time is like. I called right when they opened and I had to call 5 times to get in. And when I got in, wait time was about 20 mins. A lady finally answered my call but before I can even say anything, this lady said "we cant access your account at this time, bye!". I didnt even give them my account/case number or name or anything. Got hold of NVC today.

No luck, the case was not there yet.

yes yes i know give them time, it has only been 14 days or about that.

Well they want 2-4 weeks more.

CSC is a bit slow with the papers the agent said to us.

My wife said that it was all business and you can hear there is alot of ppl calling.

But they where nice and gave good infomation.

she rates it 70% happy - only a case number can get it highere for now

not sure what they mean, if someone is looking at the case right now(adjudgeication) or the case will be kept until someone looks at it.

what do you think about that ? is it a good thing or a bad thing.

not sure what they mean, if someone is looking at the case right now(adjudgeication) or the case will be kept until someone looks at it.

called but they weren't helpful, no information, they just said to wait till we get the notice.

Then you can go and look up your case at there website, that will maby give some more info.

But yes if your at TSC, then i can tell from others, that its not the best place to be at.

We sent I-130 on 09/16 and NOA1 was issued on 09/30. Several days later, we got the letter.

On 11/04 NOA2 was issued. We're waiting for the letter now for more information. No news from the NVC so far!

I've seen a little bit of everything in this forum: some people seem to be getting notified very soon, while other wait several weeks.

I wish all went as fast as the approval of the I-130

Yes its all about luck. I have been waiting for 14 days now for it to be at NVC. But i must praise me lucky that i like you get fast over the CSC.

I got my NOA2 today. So I guess the next step is to wait for my case to be delivered to NVC and get a case number. I will probably start calling them next week.

I called first time this monday and the case was not a NVC. They guy said to me that they need 2-4 weeks before they get them from CSC.

So if you can wait, give them 2 weeks, before start calling.

And be prepared for wait time and not getting in to the wait line.

First day i called 30+ time before i got in to wait line.

we did get the noa1, everything was perfect until they decided to transfer the case to a different office, not sure if it's going to be a local office or one of the centers.

NVC Received : 2015-11-12

When we called they asked you to wait 42 days from they get the packet until we get a number.
