Hi MrM&MrsJ. I just did exactly what you told me! And my case was approved Oct 30! And they said they will mail my approval. Would that be NOA2? I hope so. Good luck to us all! Thank you so much for all the comments, suggestions and help.

Now i´m just waiting for the NVC to get my case.

I have seen ppl get there in 7-14 days, hope for my case to be that fast.

We was going for k3, but the I-130 was done in 41 days, so IR1 it is now

Does ppl in here know what fees i can expect from NVC?

Is the priority date important?

Some say yes others no!

i have no idea....my priority date is 14th but received date is 12th Sep so i don't know how important how the priority date is....either way if they are doing the September petitions maybe we will all of us get our NOA1 by the end of the month god willing....

"On November 6, 2015, we transferred your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number SRC15904, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by December 6, 2015, please go to www.ucis.gov/requt to request a copy of the notice."

Ours was sent to texas originally....does this mean we will wait even longer or is this the NAO2 ? I'm confused

I think this is NOA1 and not NOA2. Don't know about time. You can search other forums here or call uscis where your form was being transferred.

No I received the NOA1 via email and hardcopy Sept 15 with a notice date of sept 10 and a priority date of sept 8

My NOA2 on there site was this:

Case Was Approved

On October 29, 2015, we approved your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number WAC159xxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

And the letter was more official then the noa1

I guess it is not an noa2 and I will wait to see what the hard copy letter says -- feeling sad and anxious

From what I have seen, NOA2 we usually get in the mail in a couple of weeks after approval. Then approx 2 to 4 weeks to get to NVC. I hope this goes fast for all of us!
