I'll be happy once this NVC stage is over. It would just be nice knowing a date of interview so I have a goal in mind.. It's the not knowing that's frustrating!

USCIS Journey

1st September 2015 - I-130 Sent

14th January 2016 - I-130 Petition approved

NVC

8th February - NVC Received case

26th February - NVC Fees "Paid" on website
24th March - DS-260 Sent & confirmation received

10th May - IV Package sent to NVC

20th June - Case compete
28th June - Received Interview confirmation (P4)

Embassy
22nd July - Medical Examination
1st August - Interview date - Approved!!

2nd August - Issued

5th August - Visa in hand

24th October - POE

ROC

21st July 2018 - I751 sent

26th July - NOA received 

31st August - Biometrics appointment

5th September - Fingerprint review was completed

8th July 2019 - ROC Approved!

5th July  - New card is being produced

13th July - 10 year green card received 

Naturalization

23rd September 2022 - N-400 Submitted

24th September - NOA received 

21st October - Biometrics appointment

10th April 2023 - Interview date

18th May - Oath Ceremony

yes it is I also have the same NOA1 as you & it saying the same thing but I am at California and they say it 5 month to be approved at Texas so good luck to you.

Got a CC on March 10th. Now on to the interview.

WOKE UP THIS MORNING TOO WITH A TEXT AND AN EMAIL. APPROVED FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LITERALLY CRIED. APPROVED MARCH 11TH.

BACKGROUND

Known my SO forever~
Lived in DR since I was 7 until 16.
June 17, 2009 - Became Boyfriend & Girlfriend <3
August 22, 2015- Married cheesy.gif

USCIS

September 12th, 2015 - I-130 Packet sent via FedEx
September 15th, 2015 - I-130 Packet Delivered by FedEx ( Delivery Notification signed by J. Chyba)

September 15th, 2015 - Priority Date (Routed to Nebraska Service Center)

September 17th, 2015 - NOA1 email and text received from USCIS. :)

March 11th, 2016 - Approval date ( routed to NVC) :dancing:

March 12th, 2016 - NOA2email and text received from USCIS.

March 24th, 2016 - Text n email ( Case sent to NVC for processing)

NVC

March 31st, 2016 - Case received at NVC ( called to confirm)

April 8th, 2016 - Case # and Invoice # Assigned ( 8 Days from NVC receiving)

April 11th, 2016 - Choice of Agent Completed. DS-261, Paid AOS Fee

April 12th, 2016 - AOS shows 'Paid", IV bill Generated and Paid.

April 14th, 2016 - IV Fee showed as Paid. IV App unlocked.

April 15th, 2016 - IV Application DS 260 completed and submitted

May 20th, 2016 - AOS and IV Docs sent to NVC via 2-day Delivery :dancing:

May 23, 2016 - Packet received by NVC, Notification from USPS confirmed.

May 23, 2016 - SCAN DATE ( received email from NVC)

May 31, 2016 - CASE COMPLETE ( confirmed via phone) 8 days from scan day! Amazing :wow:

June 7, 2016 - Case complete Email Received. Exactly 7 Days after actual CC.

June 27, 2016 - Interview scheduled!!!!!!!! :dancing:

July 18, 2016- VAC and Medical Appointment

August 3rd, 2016 - Interview Date

We passed the 7 month mark....and still waiting


PD Sept 10 2015 - Texas transfer to Potomac November 9 2015


no communication or notification since nov 2015.



Any advice if I should just continue to be patient or take some action? if so what should I do?

Hello dear forum mates :)

I have registered yesterday and decided to post here too.

We sent the IV Package and AOS Mid of February 2016 and got a Notice that they got it 29th of feb. We called to NVC several times and on the 32nd day NVC sent my husband a checklist that he forgot to sign the I-864 form. He is sure that he signed it. So he had to send the form again, which they got on 4th of April. I called last Friday and the lady on the phone says, it can take another 30-45 days. Does the clock start from the beginning each time they request something?

I have researched in internet a bit and saw quite a few people complaining that NVC looses the documents or they misteriously do not get the last page where the signature is.

We are waiting since then our Case to be completed and the Interview date scheduled in Frankfurt. The problem is that I did my medical in December, because I wanted things to go smooth with little waiting time. In May 17th the medical will expire. But I hope the case will be transfered to frankfurt by then.

Anybody else here waiting from Germany for the CC.
