My lawyer told me to submit 2 different applications and i did and both got approved.

Yes its for k1 but i meant yes as in for both applications.

K1 is for people wanted to married in the US, not people that is married.

And the K3 is almost never used, I-130 is faster for IR1/CR1.

The normaly you will go:

I-130 for the CR1/IR1 http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

You can do a I-127F for the K3, but they are almost never given out, so people go for I-130.

I tried to do K3, but it was approved long after my I-130, so it will be stopped by NVC.

Just ask if you need more information and look at the Guides and Wiki also.

Ok I called uscis today and spoke to a supervisor, who told me that they are processing September 16 filers because they are backlog 5 days and I should call back the 1march if I don't receive a mail otr something from them

Something similar was told to us except the backlog that they were processing and after 3days we got approved. ? Yours will be done soon. All the best ??

Did you call USCIS and talk to tier 2 officer? But seeing your NOA1 date I think yours will be done by March.

Huh? You are California Service Center so if they are processing Sept 16 then that's more than 5 days of back logs.

Sorry that was an error I am not sep 16, I am sept 21, 2015....So I am 5months and 5days....as someone said I am not counting on that wenever I receive the NOA2 I will believe
