yes it is I also have the same NOA1 as you & it saying the same thing but I am at California and they say it 5 month to be approved at Texas so good luck to you.

How do you ask for a Tier 2? Is there a specific title when you request to speak with a tier 2?

In my case my husband called USCIS and asked for tier 2 officer then they took his details and they called him back.

Met: Mid 2011

please.. what forms n document do I need to add to the I 130 before I file to USCIS...

Sorry I personally don't know any link of any website because I took help of youtube. But I can say copy of all documents that can prove your relationships and look up for the official sites about passport and birth certificates affidavits other certificates bank statements phone records photos etc etc..... Hopefully some other can direct you in the right way. All the best!

I talked to a Tier-2 officer two weeks ago. Didn't help much but he said I should get an e-mail about it. I got an e-mail a few days later saying that my case is still under review and it may take an additional 60 days from the e-mail date. It's been almost six months since the NOA1.

September 15th, 2015 - I-130 Packet Delivered by FedEx ( Delivery Notification signed by J. Chyba)

September 15th, 2015 - Priority Date (Routed to Nebraska Service Center)

September 17th, 2015 - NOA1 email and text received from USCIS. :)

March 11th, 2016 - Approval date ( routed to NVC) :dancing:

March 12th, 2016 - NOA2email and text received from USCIS.

March 24th, 2016 - Text n email ( Case sent to NVC for processing)

NVC

March 31st, 2016 - Case received at NVC ( called to confirm)

April 8th, 2016 - Case # and Invoice # Assigned ( 8 Days from NVC receiving)

April 11th, 2016 - Choice of Agent Completed. DS-261, Paid AOS Fee

April 12th, 2016 - AOS shows 'Paid", IV bill Generated and Paid.

April 14th, 2016 - IV Fee showed as Paid. IV App unlocked.

April 15th, 2016 - IV Application DS 260 completed and submitted

May 20th, 2016 - AOS and IV Docs sent to NVC via 2-day Delivery :dancing:

May 23, 2016 - Packet received by NVC, Notification from USPS confirmed.

May 23, 2016 - SCAN DATE ( received email from NVC)

May 31, 2016 - CASE COMPLETE ( confirmed via phone) 8 days from scan day! Amazing :wow:

June 7, 2016 - Case complete Email Received. Exactly 7 Days after actual CC.

June 27, 2016 - Interview scheduled!!!!!!!! :dancing:

Finaly approved today after waiting 5 months and 8 days. Checked online today and both apps were approved thank god for the great news hope everybody gets some news soon. GOD BLESS EVERYONE.!

Hey Thats great news. Congrats. Just curious, your timeline says you are K1 PD Sept 14 but you also have a marriage date in August 2015. Are you applying for K fiance visa or an Spouse Visa CR1/IR1 (I-130 form) ???

Hey Thats great news. Congrats. Just curious, your timeline says you are K1 PD Sept 14 but you also have a marriage date in August 2015. Are you applying for K fiance visa or an Spouse Visa CR1/IR1 (I-130 form) ???

I'm applaying for both and both were received on september 14 2015 and approved yesterday feb 22.
