Are you talking about RFE? Or ur NOA2.

Both I guess. I was just looking at the trends and timelines of others who also filed at the NSC. It seems that a lot of people who filed after me have received NOA2 or at least an RFE. I haven't heard anything. It just makes me a bit anxious. Calling the USCIS doesn't help because they always tell me the same thing.

You should call USCIS and ask to speak to a "Tier 2" officer. They have access to more information.

Congrats guys... Still struggling with no news from Potomac service centre

No news from the Nebraska Center. I have an NOA1 date of September 1st which worries me even more when I see other people's timelines. I spoke to an immigration officer but they still had no information. <_<

Thanks. I don't think you should worry. There were so many other persons during approved before me with PD way after mine. I was actually expecting to get an RFE because all we sent as additional evidence were three affidavits from friends, no pictures, nothing. But it all worked out. Just hang in there. All the best.

There is only one way for a spouse - CR-1. Your wife needs to file the I-130 petition for you and it will take about a year to get your visa.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!
