the 2-3 days dont hold up :(

Mailed the AOS and IV packets today :)

yes it is I also have the same NOA1 as you & it saying the same thing but I am at California and they say it 5 month to be approved at Texas so good luck to you.

SoerenHelmer, did you include two photographs in you IV package? I did not, but I am wondering why Saylin's NVC Wiki guide mentions 2 photographs with the case number written in the back and the NVC website mentions the photograps but not for the IV package, but for the interview at the US Embassy. Any other members please give your input.

I know... It's way over. Now, however, AOS fee shows paid. IV fee still shows as in process.

And now the IV fee shows as paid as well, so that unlocks the online DS-260 form!

2-3 business days to show fees as paid? 7 natural days in our case...

Think my case will drag on..

I forgot to fill out the AOS from my joint sponsor and its in the US now.

So i had to do another and my wife, there is in US now will send it monday from FL.

So i can hope that it will be there around the same time.

But if not, then i may get a checklist.

Wow never knew September filers already got accepted. Im in Nebraska Center too but didn't get anything and not expecting before February anyway. August filers are slowly getting accepted. Don't lose hope... All the best
