Did you receive via email a Welcome Letter with the DOCUMENT COVER SHEET that has the list of supporting documentation to indicate was is INCLUDED, NOT AVAILABLE and NOT APPLICABLE?

The email that SoerenHelmer and I received?

What cover sheet are you planning on using for your IV package?

Thanks for your input.

Our process here is slightly different from yours, since we hired an attorney when we started the process. Therefore, our attorney was automatically chosen our agent and we didn't have to do the DS-261.

We got a welcome letter that was addressed to our attorney and it included the instructions to pay the fees through CEAC, which she already paid this past Friday (although CEAC still shows as "in process").

This is what we see when we enter CEAC (edited some data to protect our privacy):

Yes i did get Cover Sheet for them.

One is: attn: CMR AOS (AOS) and the other is attn: CMR (IV)

Thx will find that post and have a look.

Why i ask is, that i dont want to put Copys of Passport etc. * 2, if i only need to do it once.

I have a joint sponsoer and i have a i-864 from him and my wife, so i will need to have that together in one.

On the cover sheets, the mailing address for the CMR AOS is :

31 Rochester Avenue Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

Is this address the same for CMR IV?

Since you mentioned "Now it states case received in my local office", I figured it could mean the USCIS office in India, located in New Delhi: http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/international-offices/india-uscis-new-delhi-field-office
