Pkr,

My scenario is exactly the same as yours... I'm wondering if they'll want to interview us for the i130?!

There was no notification saying its getting transferred from potomac and hence I am confused as to what exactly this means or is it just for faster processing ?

I didn't receive notification either. I only received notification of the transfer to the Potomac service center. I'm waiting for a letter in the mail to see if they communicate anything, otherwise I think it might just be for faster processing. I am preparing for an interview just in case though.

Good luck everyone. I just sent NVC an email regarding my situation and that I need them to change my embassy from philippines to canada. Thats another month of waiting for me before I can proceed to the next step after receiving NVC case number. I dont mind waiting since my wife and I and our kids are living together already. The wife just wants to move to the U.S of A.

I am happy for everyone who are progressing and wish everyone good luck!

Need to ask

After submitting the DS-260, mail all supporting documentation (as listed on the Documents the Applicant Must Submit web page) for each applicant to the NVC.

After i did the DS-261 and made me the agent, can i email them the infomation with the cover letter?

Or do they need to have by normal mail.

My first 3 letters are not on the email list here:
