Think they will help no matter.

But if you put in your service center in the search top right, it will give you all about that place, just a matter of hitting the right post. i haved seen one in here with your center in this post.

Hello,

We applied Sept. 28, 2015 and our file was received by TSC. We just got a notice of transfer Nov. 10, 2015 to the new Potomac Service Centre in Virginia. I have read about one July filer who has already been approved. As mentioned earlier, this is a new center, no processing information is available yet. Just hang in there folks! Hopefully it will help speed things up, as TSC had a long wait time (approx 6 months, compared to CSC 2 months).

Good luck to all :)

Do a timeline search using as starting point your priority date and you will find out that California has 41 records and only 19 received NOA2as today.

So do not feel impatient, do the opposite and relax, you will have a better trip through the NVC process. Becoming impatient just only brings a whole bunch of negative things like frustration, anger, hopelessness etc. I would start worrying if the official 5 month waiting time is reached.

I am pretty sure before Christmas you will have your NOA2. I will pray for you, I promise.
