I-129F question 14 have you ever filed for any other fiance?

Even if it was a different form? I've read elsewhere that is would be this same i129f for, therefore my confusion. As per listing our daughter, that makes sense its what I initially believed it to be.

It doesn't specifically ask if you ever filed an I-129F petition before. In #14h. for the result put 'I-130 approved', and that will make it clear it was not a previous I-129F.

You have none of the old paperwork from the previous immigration process? That would have the ex's A# on it. If you cannot find it, then leave it blank. Don't fill it in with the passport# instead. It is specifically asking for the A#.

I don't actually have any paperwork from that past process, i attached a supplement sheet for that question explaining it. Also i still currently have the last name from that previous marriage, i am including the marriage certificate for proof of last name change at the moment of marriage and also divorce decree to prove that i am legally free to marry now, would this last name deal be a problem? Thank you!

No, not a problem. You are including the marriage certificate that is needed to prove the name change, and of course the divorce decree to prove you are free to marry.
