Hi All, let's see where we are with our Augst Filers at TSC. I filed I130 on 03 Aug 2015, received NOA1 on 05 Aug 2015 but nothing further since. I was made aware that TSC is among the slowest, any one here received NOA2 yet? Let's document our journey for our fellow TSC filers, to keep the hope alive ??

Wow... i guess that's my cue to buy airline tickets. That was a long wait time for NOA2... Still hoping for the best though?

We applied in February and just got our Noa2 in august yes they are slow but just hold the faith

Yeah, so unfair to wait so long when other centers are sending out approvals in a month or two.

I don't know what's happening.. I saw on other forums that a new service center was opened (Potomac) and cases were being transferred for some of the July cases. I do not know what that means for everyone. So far I've only seen cases transferred from the Nebraska Service Center- nothing from Texas.
