2GO Tracking and delivery

We have been trying to track her passport and visa on the 2GO website. It says you can use the UID #, Passport number, or the case number. We kept using the case number and it said it did not exist. We tried her passport number and it said it didn't exist. Finally we used the UID from the interview confirmation and it showed us the tracking.

Today she received a test from 2GO that said her package was at the city for her to pickup. We listed her home address for delivery which is about 30 minutes outside of the city. She called the 2GO office and they saiud it is 2GO policy that they only deliver in the city. Seems odd as they delivered the letter from the Embassy to her house last Friday.

To me it sounds like one side of this equation is to lazy to deliver.

UID is the number under the bar code on the Interview confirmation sheet.

You can use your MNL number or passport number or UID number off the embassy confirmation letter (online confirmation page by bar code). UID seems to be your best answer.

We couldn't get the MLN number or passport number to work. Only the UID worked for us. She picked up her packet in the city today. They claimed they only deliver in the city for security reasons. Now she has her passport and envelope for POE. Her tickets are booked for November 5 - it is real now!!!!! :joy:

There was a time when you could use all three numbers and get a response but within this year we have seen only the UID working.

Safe travels and enlighten yourself with the next steps. You can see the finish line but your still in the race.
