How long does it to for DS260 to be reviewed

hello all , in 24August NVC received our documents , in 2 September we paid IV fee and today we we completed the DS260 form so how long for the nvc to send us a response

We did pay at the same and it shows paid on Friday , did you check your bank account if they took the money?

My mom-in-law did it for me since I don't have the bank account. It still says in-process and I also have the receipt and the email.

Ok you can call here and ask to check her account if they took it wait today or tomorrow it will show up paid it only about today and tmrw

Sometimes it takes a week or so for the IV fee to update.

NVC have a target of 30 days to review documents and the DS-260. That doesn't always mean it happens within this time frame but that's their target.

And if they already reviewed it does it mean I'm going to have my interview?

Usually the NVC will review your DS-260 together with your documents - you need both reviewed to get case complete.

It's very rare that the NVC reviews your documents but not the DS-260 - it happened a few months ago with the NVC's system bug - people couldn't do the DS-260 online even though they sent their documents long before.

It also happened to me because I applied together with my child. My documents were reviewed (which apparently was good enough to clear her documents too), but her DS-260 was pending. We asked to talk to talk to a supervisor and they did it in a couple of minutes.

On 26th of August i called the nvc to check on my case and i asked About the doc's and she told me that they received them and to give them 24days to review the doc's my question is DS260 going to reviewed with that time that she told me or the going to take more than that? And thank you ?

It should be reviewed within that time. Now all you need to do is wait.
