Can I call and get an interview even without the pre interview notice yet?

Hi, NVC had forwarded our case In Manila a week ago and im wonderin if I can call and get an interview date even with out receiving the pre interview notice, thanks.

It would be pointless to call. They will not be able to give you an interview date as it is too soon. It is currently taking 120 days for interview to be scheduled. You may start calling them in May.
