My fiancee applied for B2. She told them that we had a I-129 petition filed and we received NOA1. They asked why did she want to go to the USA. She told them to visit me. They approved her B2. She is coming for a visit at the end of Sept.

Hi,

The OP has never met his fiancé.

How many time did you meet and how established was your relationship before she applied for her visa? Also, has she traveled to other countries before?

It is really hard to get a Tourist Visa from the Philippines regardless of the purpose of travel. So if that is your only means to meet, you are facing a huge road block ahead of you. All the data/ info he provided and said during the interview is on the system. It will be asked again on his next interview. Denial of visa is based on on his ties to the country. He should have provided a strong ties the first time. The second time only get it harder to obtain.

Other options can be done by meeting in a third country.

Boyfriend and boyfriend?

Yes. And the same rules apply. Perfectly legal. In case you missed it, sames sex marriage is legal in all 50 states now. Been legal in my state for a year. Been legal for immigration ever since DOMA was struck down in (I think) 2013.

(BTW: Your profile says you were born Jan 1, 2000 and joined Jan 13, 2004. When you were 4 years old? It also says your are 15 y.o. and interested in a K-1 visa. Don't you think that is a little young to be thinking about marrying a foreigner? I tend to be VERY skeptical of any advice from a 15 y.o.)

Why would you get engaged and not stay boyfriend and girlfriend at least until you met?

Crazy.

I was replying to this.

Anybody who puts their real DOB on an online forum needs their head examining.

As you have found out the details do matter, you have no obligation to share them but then without knowing the situation any comments are at best guesses about what your situation may be.

Hi,

The OP has never met his fiancé.

How many time did you meet and how established was your relationship before she applied for her visa? Also, has she traveled to other countries before?

We met online in January, 2015. We have been in constant daily contact via Skype (both text and video), email, regular mail, and telephone ever since. I have been counseled by a licensed mental health professional regarding our relationship, and they have found nothing negitive about the relationship.

He has never traveled outside the Philippines. He only recently obtained his Philippine Passport.

I always recommend seeking counsel by a licensed mental health professional regarding any new relationship.

So what is your plan now?

From my reading of the rules for I-129, you have to have met BEFORE submitting the I-129.

Current plan is to back off the visa process, do research, and try to establish SUBSTANTAIL evidence for his return to Philippines after visit.

I'm still confused as to why you cannot visit him. It sounds like you are well invested in this relationship. Maybe we can help you if you give us a tick more information

good luck

OP does not wish to share that.
