am i need to send passport copies with immigrant visa?

Hello Great Vj Members.

i will file my i751 in couple days.

1-am i need to send copy of my passport too?

2-copy of immigrant visa and i551 stamp with CR1 which on my passport?

3-how i can get verification of tax return?

4-am i should get two sworn affidavit letters from friends that we are together?

5- is photos strong prove we are together? i printed 100+photo on photo paper? all printed even for our new born baby.

6- am need to send 2 photo passport style?

7-am i need to get background check from court.. i have clean record. no tickets. no drugs. nothing.

1. Your passport is not part of the ROC/I-751 process.

2. See above response.

3. Go to IRS.GOV and order a copy of your tax transcripts, not returns.

4. Affidavits are considered a weak form of evidence. Include if you want but have them notarized. Or leave them out altogether.

5. 100+ photos is too much and photos are not generally considered very strong evidence. I would suggest sending 5 of them.

6. No passport sized photos are necessary if you are doing the regular I-751 application.

7. No.

05/22/06 - Biometrics scheduled (online update) and appt letter was mailed on 05/20/16 - Day 12

05/24/06 - Biometrics letter became viewable online (appt scheduled for 06/07/16) - Day 14

05/31/16 - Was denied walk-in fingerprints with just 1 person left in line. Milwaukee office, boo! - Day 21

i got ready

4 contracts for leasing apartment togther from 2012 until now

car insurance declaration from 2013 until end of 2015

baby born with birth certificate + photos and ssn + baby passport.

health insurance for all of us

100 photos in 50 pages already printed

joint owned two cars titles

joint bank account

joint credit card

what i should add more?

i should sign or just leave it blank?

i remember my first i130 was denied because this written none on it..
