What ticks you off

Sujeet still compares US prices to India prices all the time, and doesn't like spending money.

That is something that can spark arguments.

He's actually opposite a lot of usual annoying qualities in men....he doesn't like watching sports (unless it was cricket but that's not on Tv here anyway), he doesn't like going to stores like Home Depot to buy a tool or something, he doesn't like being messy, he doesn't care about looking at nice cars or car shows(thank God). He likes to cook, and he likes to clean. Well, I do those things but sometimes he helps out if there is a lot. He also likes ironing his own clothes, because I don't do it very well(hey I never iron).

nizzar compares prices with canada, though (cause he was there more recently than india ... though rupees to dollars does come up occasionally)

he likes cars, though, but he can't drive them yet. i think if we ever become millionares, we'll have a luxury car FLEET! he's got great tastes

also opposite of most men, he likes to cuddle, likes multiple phone calls from me per day (like while at work), he asks me all the time how he can make me happy and how i'm feeling and what he can do better for me. :: sigh :: my own mom doesn't love me as much as he does.

i guess this was supposed to be a complaint thread ... but with him i just can't

Me too. My wife hates it. Another thing my wife hates about me is my habit of accidentally dumping silverware in the trash

What really ticks me off about Jim is that he just can't get his butt up and do paperwork.Due to that he thought he was divorced for 18 months which we now(that we were ready to put the I 129 in) know.Now if he would have called his "ex" and asked for the divorce decree a year ago,we wouldn't have to be in this mess now!

Second thing that ticks me off about him is that he just can't hold money together.Someone said something about Cable TV on here...well Jim and I agreed that we couldn't afford it,I left the US not even 3 weeks ago and he will get Cable and DSL by the end of the month-knowing that it's simply NOT in the budget.

And last but probably what ticks me off the most,at least at the moment is that he keeps hiding his feelings.When he feels sad or down,(like when he misses me) he wont admit it and starts pushing me away.He'd rather not talk to me at all than get emotional.....That REALLY ticks me off and it hurts.

Other than that,

he's all I ever wanted in a man and I love him with all my heart.

Lemme start with the positive... it always looks better like that ..lol

Well, he is very attentive to my needs. He always wants to make me happy. Never has he told me to not get something because he thought it was not worth it or too expensive.. If i have my eye on something, he'll just say "Get it!".. And sometimes i'll say no, and he would just grab it and buy it because he knows i want it deep down..

He's also more romantic than i am...I like that alot because we balance each other off. He's the one who taught me to open up and be able to say "i love you". I like how he kisses me goodnight all the time..

He's also very attractive, even though he seems to not think he is..

Now to the negative! lol:

1) He comes back home and he's supposed to have gotten something for me that i asked him to get. When i ask him why he didnt get it, it would've only taken 5min of his time, he just says :"Okay, I'm going right now!" This makes me furious because i know that he's just trying to shut me up!

2) He's got eyes, ears, nose, everywhere! I hate it because it makes me self conscious! Like if i have a few hairs on my legs, i know he'll see them, even though he won't say it! lol

3) He is tooooooooo relaxed! He does not stress out! Like last yr, USCIS was supposed to send us an RFE (that's what it said on our online status), but they never sent it... I called them 50times to tell them and after losing my patience with them, i would start showing it on the phone when talking to USCIS... Whereas my husband, when he would talk to them, and even after they tell him the same freaking thing (that they will send the RFE), he says "Okay, thanks alot, bye"... Man! Show them that ure pissed!!

4) It bothers me how he puts things off!! I had to put a note on the fridge saying "don't put off for tomorrow what u can do today", but i think sometimes im the only one that follows it!

5) He complains/comments about most shows... Like he would sigh out loud or say "Ohhh, this is so stupid!"

Funny thing is that he watches the whole shows with me..lol...

6) When i ask him something, sometimes he doesnt answer.. And then i would say "I just asked u something"... And he would say, "hold on, Im still thinking!" lol Like at least gimme a sign that you heard me and that ure STILL thinking!!

7) Sometimes i feel like i have to think for HIM and me! Like if we're traveling, i have to ask him "did u get this? did u get that?" Once we drove 2 hours (out of a 10hr drive to houston) and we had already booked for a hotel and stuff, and he realized he forgot his MONEY!!!!! Once we drove 7hrs to Atlanta and he realized he forgot to bring shoes with him.. We had to buy him shoes because flip flops don't go well with nice shirts and pants!!

8) It bothers me also when we snack at night and i put the empty chips bag/unfinished snacks on the stairs so he would bring it downstairs in the kitchen trash can in the morning when he wakes up for work, and he

just goes down as if he didnt see anything on the floor!!

UGHHGHGHHHGGH!

oh and I forgot another one... it doesn't really tick me off , it just annoys me a little and I do bug him about it alot but he always says "I won you" instead of "I beat you" when we are playing a game or something and he wins or he says "I am winning you" his brother does it too

I have a russian friend I used to work with. when he says the time. like 7:30.. he will say it is 7:30 o'clock

My hubby is just too happy in the morning, it drives me insane, I am definately not a morning person but Paul just whistles and sings while he is getting ready for work or he wants a kiss and a cuddle, All I WANT is a cup of coffee and a cigerette, I dont need a conversation before I go to work, the quieter the better, Paul is convinced that he can change me and have me laughing and singing in the morning YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!lol

He also ends up making a cocoon with the blanket at night and I almost strain a muscle yanking the blanket out from under him if I am cold. Or I'll just wake him up and tell him to get off the blanket.

Sounds like us Except in our case my wifes the one who cocoons. Maybe it's a desi thing.

my hubby does this too kind of.... he will roll over but take the blanket with him and it gets stuck under him..... so i am left with a little piece of blanket.. I try and tug the blanket but sometimes he has it tucked in soo good and I can't get it out....

hubby does the piling of dishes in the sink too.... even though I usually have a nice stack of dishes sitting on the counter, he will still pile the dishes in the sink

I am the one who does the cocoon thing...hilarious...so we now have two blankets so that we both get our warmth...what's funny is that we always dreamed of sleeping in each others arms and having that be our source of warmth...lol...what dreamers we were...

He is the one who talks when I try to sleep...sometimes I doze off and ask him about it in the morning...and I am totally a morning person and try to cuddle and all that jazz while he tells me to shut up...lol...we are made for oneanother...

I told hubby that we each should get our own blanket but he won't hear of it... he likes to snuggle with me as we fall asleep

He procrastinates on almost everything.

He wears clothes that don't properly fit.

And sometimes it ticks me off that he never tells me no. He seems to think he has to give me every single thing I want. It might seem like a dream come true, but sometimes it irritates me.

most things that tick me off bout Doug have been mentioned by others which kinda makes me think 'he isnt the only one, so its not too bad'.

Here it goes...

- He never makes the bed

- I do his laundry all the time, yet he wont touch or do mine (#######?!)

- He complains I leave a mess in the bedroom (like clothes on the floor etc) yet I am always the one tidying it all up and dusting and vacuumcleaning

- When I finish cooking I prepare myself a plate and sit down and eat, and he gets ticked off I didnt scoop him a plate, yet he never does for me either

- When I do everything he wants me to do that day, he will still find a tiny lill thing I forgot (like putting a can in the fridge to cool down)

- He ALWAYS has to get the last word when we argue and when I point something out that annoys me bout him, he will always come back with 'But you do the exact same thing' UUURRRRGGGHHHH

- He puts on enough perfume to shoke the entire neighbourhood and sprays our pillows with it too, to the point that when I wake up, my hair and face smell of mans perfume

- He is overly paranoid and jealous. If I say one lill thing that I'd like to be different, he always comes back with 'I will never make you happy!'

Thats bout it, but bet most of you are thinking thats way long enough huh!

I gotta say though, he is a fantastic guy, he does make me truly happy. He is extremely generous, worried about me to bits, always doing the best to make sure I'm comfy and happy.

And erm, in his defense, I have tons of bit that tick him off too.... because I totally realise I am NOT the easiest to live with myself, yet he bears with me, again and again!
