Where to file the I-129F petition form- from Corvallis, Oregon

I am unsure as to where I should file the form for the K-1 Visa. I live in Corvallis, Oregon and was under the impression that my petition would be sen to the California Service Center, but was recently informed that all petitions are directly sent to the Texas Center. The wait time went from 5-6 months to 1 year, is this true?

They are all sent to the lockbox that is in Dallas texas, but from there it is forwarded to the correct service center. It will go to California as Texas is still backed up.

But Lockbox is not the same as service center, Dallas is a big city, either way ALL I-129F's get sent to the below addresses, no matter what your location is.

Depending on how you're sending it these are the only two places to send it.

All petitions go to the lockbox. From there it will be sent to the appropriate service center based on where you the petitioner lives.

This isn't true atm for K1. K1 will go to CSC and has been since March. I'm five hours south of the TSC in Texas, mine was sent to CSC because Texas is backed up.

It used to be that way but it ended with Texas being severely backed up and they now send everything to California until things clear up.
