I wonder if there is a specific time of day NVC emails out interview letters? Morning, afternoon, night? I am CONSTANTLY checking me email!!

Nope it comes when they come. Usually after announcement of the interview the email is sent out 24 to 48 hours later. That's why so many call to find out when they hear that months scheduling has started. October should start next week.

Not sure, but I received mine within 24 hours of finding out my interview had been scheduled and it arrived some time overnight or early in the morning.

How do you know that October scheduling will start next week? Since the end of August whenever I've called NVC they say they will be scheduling October "soon."

Also, is it worth it to tell them certain dates which are not good for you (example: when beneficiary will be traveling and not available for interview)? Is it even possible for them to make a note in the file? Will that automatically move our interview to the next month?

Finally, will they be notifying people next week for interview dates in the beginning of October? Doesn't give much time to do the medical exam....
