Interview cancelled WHAT?!?

How do you check the status whether it is at NVC or in transit.

My daughter's case was completed on July 6, 2015 and was expecting to receive interview letter this month for the month of October 2015. Now due to these cancellations seems like

it will be future delayed

Did you check your packet status?

I sure did. I've been checking it every day since the interview was scheduled. I was starting to grow wary since it said "at NVC" and now my suspicions have been confirmed with that much dreaded phone call.

I'm not the only one on the 30th who got the interview canceled. Mrs Yousuf Shaikh also had her interview canceled and she was scheduled for the 30th as well. It was random, it seems.

Remember, not everyone going for the interview is registered on this website. It's only a handful of us. A small sample, and it's been pretty random as far as this sample is concerned. You can infer that from looking at the case complete to interview date spreadsheet and filtering it by Pakistan only.

Did you check your packet status?

I'm not sure if ours is cancelled or not. I will call tomorrow and see since today is a holiday and I doubt NVC is open. All I know is my status was showing as "in transit" and not "at nvc" there might be a chance that ours is cancelled. We will find out tomorrow.

i got to know when i saw this thread .. i asked my in-laws as i had given their number to nvc being an applicant. They had recieved a call on friday evening. and they confirmed that yes it is indeed cancelled =(

I finally got their email. 3 days after their call.

Way to stay on top of things, Islamabad Embassy.

Every email from Nvc feels like a devil with its grim smile!! Gives me goosebumps every time I see it in my inbox waiting to give me bad news for further delay
