spoke with NVC and said all documents for October 01, 2015 interviews were dispatched today and status should change tomorrow.

I wanted to ask do we need to bring tax returns and 1-864s of me and joint sponser to the interview? Since nvc didn't ask to provide it at interview we have already submitted it along with other documents.. But just wanted to make sure do I need to bring it to the interview?

NEED to bring it no, good idea yes. Things get lost all the time, better to have it just in case.

Yup Even I am confused.i am only asked to bring 2014irs income tax returns acknowledgment. And there is no change to be made in i864ez form ,I've already submitted everything in AOS package. So should I still bring the i864 to the interview??

Yes it is always smart to bring a new i864ez (especially since they are now requesting the new july 2015 edition), also things get lost all the time on the way to the embassy

yes , i saw the july edition,but they are saying the previous one is valid until october..Anyways,il take this edition also.

Should i also bring 2014 tax returns again to the interview? My husband says its a whole 30 page file ,they wont be needing it again since we have already submitted it to the NVC. what to do in this regard?

Old edition is valid through October 6, I believe, I am bringing my entire AoS package to the interview, I have seen where it somehow got lost on the way to the embassy and the case would have otherwise ended up in AP without this information. I am probably going overboard, but I want to make sure that I have everything they could possibly ask for.

guys i just made an advance booking in a flight to USA..yeah i know this is too early ,but there are certain reasons..

I booked for a direct flight to Orlando from Islamabad via dubai ,emirates . is that fine??

I mean I've heard that first timers have to have their immigration procedures done at the JFK airport NY or either washington airport. Is orlando airport okay? Its an international one.

Good luck I hope this plan works for you. Emirates is great. Is your dubai to Orlando flight a direct flight? Or are you dxb to jfk followed by aneither flight jfk to orlando? If you have a stop at jfk, then jfk is your poe, if you flu directly to Orlando then Orlando is your poe.

which one is petitioner? you or your husband? In any case i don't think the petitioner should go coz on letter it is clearly mentioned. Only applicant should go embassy for interview. Secondly, no need for i864 to bring with you.

i think it will be very helpful if somebody can just list the documents to be taken for the interview.it will be helpful for everyone.
