Question: Did your text NOA have all different numbers? Because all 4 that I got have the same MSC numbers, is that normal? And it only says that they receive the I-131, what about the rest? I'm freaking out right now ?

Yes I check and all the email has the same number that belongs to the I-131, I check the mail and no hard copy yet, so I guess next week, but I did play with the number I have , meaning I enter the last 2 digits + 1 and - 1 and it does says about the I-485 and I-765 but I can't be sure is my case so I'm stuck in the waiting time, ugh so annoying !?

Yes, my hubby erased the text and the emails!!! I was loosing it with him! But I calm my self down and try to recovered it in the IPad, I got 3 and the last 2 digits are different and is the same numbers I was assuming so I entered the 3 I recover from the email, I-131, I130, I-485 the I -765 I will wait for the hard copy, so now I know I can't trust my honey with this,I have to be checking his emails and checking the mail just in case!

Oh well at least I feel a bit relief ?

I Know!! I should have known better! But at least now I can check the case in the USCIS app. So my hubby is not going to bother, plus is in my phone, if I add the app to his phone I'm afraid he will delet it so I'm not taking any more chances. So I guess on Monday the waiting time start again, have a great weekend!!!!?

Biometrics letter received. The appointment is set for October 6th, but I'll try to go in early next week because I'm set to travel on that day.

09/08/15 - Mailed I-130, I-131, I-765, I-485, I-864, and G-1145 to USCIS

09/10/15 - Documents delivered by USPS to USCIS

09/16/15 - Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to USCIS National Benefits Center

09/17/15 - Checks cashed

09/21/15 - Received hard copies of NOAs

09/25/15 - Biometrics letter received

09/28/15 - Walked in early and completed Biometrics

09/30/15- Request for Evidence on Application Type: I485 (email)

10/05/15- Received hard copy of RFE.

10/06/15- Mailed RFE response to USCIS

10/08/15- RFE response delivered to USCIS

10/14/15- Received 2nd biometrics letter. Scheduled for 10/22

10/22/15- Walked in a few hours early and completed second Biometrics.

11/12/15- Received approval for Application Type: I131, Application for USCIS travel document

11/13/15- Advanced Parole Card produced.

12/07/15- Received approval of EAD application.

12/09/15- EAD card mailed out.

01/06/16- Interview scheduled for March 10th

03/10/16- I-130 and I-485 approved. Green card in Production

Hi All - we are back again. This time for an AOS. Was here in 2013-2014. My wife came here on a K-1 visa and we did marry within 90 days. We were going to submit the AOS after our marriage but we got caught up with the buying a home and she got pregnant. We are now blessed with twin boys. Since we were busy with our new borns, we did hire an attorney to file her AOS. This was sent on Sept 18th and yesterday evening I finally received a text from them. However, I don't understand what it means since when I looked it up on USCIS app, it said that it was invalid..

Text:

USCIS: Your case was received. Receipt # MSCxxxxxxxxxx. Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail. Msg & Data rates may apply. DO NOT REPLY

USCIS APP:

My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again.

Could someone pls enlighten me on what this mean?

It can take several days for the uscis website to update. We received our text on a Thursday, but the website didn't update until Saturday. How long was it before you filed your AOS? A year? Just curious.

Hi all! I sent my K1 and my kid's K2 AOS Sept.15 and according to USPS tracking the package was received Sept. 16th. No text or email notifications received yet.

We got the biometrics appointment letter yesterday, scheduled for 10/8. You guys shouldnt be far behind! Were walking in this Friday or next as I am in class Monday-Thursday and Chris still doesnt have his drivers license. Ill keep you updated.
