From CASE IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR INTERVIEW...last November 4 now it change to:

New Card Is Being Produced . Hmmm what do you think guys is that means I will not have an interview anymore? :D

Case Approved, On Dec 22nd we approved your form I-485

and for the EAD:

New card is being produced, On Dec 22nd we ordered you a new card for receipt number MSCxxxxxxxxxxxx

no update on AP yet

congrats to all the approvals! :) and merry christmas!

so we got interviewed last dec 21st and it was a fairly easy interview. the io was nice but kept on missing documents. first it was my vaccination sheet and then he found it. the next one was the document that the immigration officer stamped at my poe. i couldn't figure out what he was saying was missing from my visa packet that i gave to the officer at the airport (which they stamp when i submitted the visa packet). was he talking about the i94? ugh i have a copy with me i should have asked him. anyway, he said that they could ask for it from the airport immigration officer but it will take weeks. WEEKS! *sigh* anyway, the interview result was "Your case is being held for further review" most probably because of that "missing document". Another round of waiting....

On a happy note, we got our keys to our new house. escrow closed 2 days ago. sooooo happy and excited to move to our new home. :)

another question, anyone here had to change address during the process? need some guide... thanks!

Thespoons un happy You are over with the interview, if it was the I-94 that you can get online in minutes so I'm not sure that is the document they missing and if you didn't get an RFE for that, it's probably there, so don't dispair! Maybe your card will be approve soon or they will send you and RFE and you will know what is the document they need.

Just wanted to update - my wife's green card arrived in the mail today. I guess this means no more dealings with the USCIS until October of 2017. I am still amazed that my wife was approved of her green card so quickly and without interview. Hope everyone will have approvals as well very soon.

Happy holidays everyone and congratulations on your approvals!!

, I got my EAD and AP approved a month ago and i still got only the EAD, it says that it is not valid for re entering the US, I called them and they said they made a mistake and they will mail it to me, but I have not got it yet.

Anyways my question is: when does the USCIS take the fee( 1070$)? before approving the EAD and AP or after producing the GC? and my status online says that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview, what should i expect?

Didn't you send a check or money order with the application? They processed my check a few days after they received my package and before they sent my receipt notice. You should double check your bank account. Surely they would have notified you if any funds were missing.

We did send a check as required but it seems like they have not taken the money yet, we knew it was weird! i have to call and double check

No updates since 10/08/15. Got our EAD in 86 days but nothing, including no RFE, on the AOS. It is getting me frustrated watching so many October filers getting approved.
