Congratulations to everyone on their approvals and good luck to the others who are still waiting.

I got my EAD and not my AP, even though it was approved. I called USCIS and they said they made a mistake and they will mail me my AP card separately as ASAP. still nothing untiil now.

Our I485 Status online still says : Ready to be scheduled for an interview. and it has been like for 3 weeks.

we sent our package in the first week of September.

What should we do?? we cant wait to hear that we have an interview date or that my card is being produced....

Are you sure the EAD was not the combo card? In the back it says Form I -766 and in the front of the card in the very bottom it says Serves as I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE.

Because the timeline of all of us is different because it depends on how fast your local office is I think you should enjoy the holidays and wait until after the new year before you try to get an inquiry for your case or wait to see any more movement, remember tha many might take vacation and that means proces might be slower.

Try to keep your self busy and enjoy holidays to make the wait more bearable !

We showed up for the interview yesterday that was cancelled and first thing that happened was the couple ahead of us that also showed up for a cancelled interview got turned away. About 15 minutes later a different guy called us back for our interview even though it was cancelled and he told us that we were suppose to have the interview waived but he went ahead and interviewed us anyway. He just ask a few questions and asked to see our id. He said he didn't want to keep us because we have a long travel and it was snowing. I asked him about the EAD/AP and he said we wouldn't need it because we will receive the greencard in 10-14 days. He was very nice and was definitely worth going to the cancelled interview.

Good Morning everyone,

Congrats to all those who have been approved!! I hope to have your luck soon!

My husband received his EAD card two weeks ago (see timeline below) and we are now anxiously waiting news from the AOS. As of September 28th the message still reads "fingerprint fee received". I am a bit worried that it has not changed to ready for interview or anything similar. Is any one else experiencing something similar or has any opinions/input on the matter?

AOS and EAD filed: 09/18/2015

NOA Date: 09/24/2015

Bio Appointment Received: 10/10/2015

Bio Appointment: 10/20/2015

EAD Approved: 11/30/2015 (73days)

Approval Letter Received: 12/05/2015

Card Received: 12/07/2015

Hey guys,

On Nov 24 was my last update that my case is ready to be scheduled. This morning I received a message that my interview is scheduled. Now I have to wait for my hard copy and a date.

So far I'm very surprised about my process although I received a RFE. I sent in my papers Aug 26, got approved for my EAD/AP about 1month ago.

So far I've heard from the USCIS every months once or twice with new information.

Super excited now but still have so much to prepare for my interview (hopefully in January) :-)

It is. Sounds like they waived the interview and approved your GC. Tomorrow or the next day ot will probably change to approved. Then to mailed to you. Congrats :)

It's great to see many of us September Filers are getting some great news. I hope this great news continues trickle down to the rest of us. The last time my wife received an update from USCIS was when my wife received her EAD early this month. We don't expect to hear from them in another a month or so. But it would definitely be great and a surprise if we hear something from them soon.

In any event, I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Happy Holidays to you and your family to those who don't celebrate Christmas.
