Hi everyone !!

In 4 days my i-485 will complete 90 days being under ' case is ready to be scheduled for an interview ' , without any update in the 4 upcoming days , should i submit an inquiry ?? or just wait till they schedule my interview ?

E-N, I hope you get your interview soon. I hate hearing everyone getting news that their interview was postponed. Kind of crazy.

Hi all, just an update of my case:

Today I got an email that says: "On December 17, 2015, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxx, to the address you gave us".

So happy!

May/29/2024 -- Biometrics Reuse letter released online. 

Jun/03/2024 -- Received the Biometrics Reuse letter in our mailbox at home.

July/21/2024 -- We got an email with the notice that the N-400 interview was scheduled. 

July 26/2024-- We received the physical letter with the notice that the N-400 interview was scheduled.

Sep/05/2024 -- N-400 Interview (passed!)

Sep/05/2024 -- Oath Ceremony will be scheduled. 

Sep/06/2024 -- We got an email with the notice that the Oath Ceremony was scheduled. 

Sep/17/2024 -- We received the physical letter with the info about the Oath Ceremony. 

Sep/27/2024 -- Oath Ceremony and Certificate of Naturalization issued.  (Journey over!) 

Oct/03/2024 --  We received the physical letter from SSA with the updated SSN card. 

Oct/15/2024 --  We received the physical letter from  NC DMV with my NC Real ID card.

Congrats to those who have received their green card!!

We sent out our application end of August and received NOA by 09/03. We also finished the finger print at the beginning of October. Since then, we haven't heard anything from the USCIS. We were wondering if this is a bad sign as many of you already had an interview or received an interview invite. Thanks!

I don't see your timeline being completed but based on what you're saying, it appears that you're outside the processing window time. In that case, I would highly suggest calling them to see if they can provide you some update. If not, I would then suggest make an info pass appointment. Hope you hear something soon. GL

I tried to open an inquiry but it backfired I got a letter on the mail saying that it will take up to 90 days since the day they got my RFE response to produce my Work Permit :/

I'm very discouraged

Today I got the hard copy of the letter that cancel my appointment scheduled to Jan 7, 2016, due that my AOS was approved in Jan 14, 2014.

(See you in 2 years USCIS! yeiiii!)

Hi all,

I’ve been visiting this thread for timeline reference as I applied for AOS in late September, too. I got my notice of case acceptance on September 28 and did biometrics shortly after. My I-485 online status had not been updated until yesterday when it changed from “Fingerprints fee accepted” to “Card being produced”. I wanted to share my experience with you in case someone out there found themselves in a similar situation and is worried about not having a single status update for months.
