Today I got a notificacion in my email from USCIS that says:

"On December 14, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us".

The thing it's that in previous notification with date Dec 3, 2015 they let me know that my appointment for my I-485 was scheduled to Jan 7, 2015, but until today I didn't get the hard copy of that letter. Plus, I didn't get a notification cancelling my appointment.

Do you think it's a mistake from their system? And I need go anyway to the appointment?

I have a question,

I've been checking my I-485 case status to adjust status and it has been saying that our case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I have not recieved an interview date yet. Yesterday I checked it, the status now says new card is being produced. we will mail to the address you provided etc.. What does that mean?

Looks like you guys have been approved your green cards without interview , happy for you ...congratsss

My husband finally got his EAD approval only 7 days after they received our RFE. We've had a lot of issues involving our mailing address and missing papers, so we are so happy to finally have some forward movement. :)

My husband finally got his EAD approval only 7 days after they received our RFE. We've had a lot of issues involving our mailing address and missing papers, so we are so happy to finally have some forward movement. :)

We just got our EAD/AP approved! So relieved! Hoping the rest of the process will go by quickly as well. Congrats to everyone who has gotten EAD/AP and even PR Card.

I'm amazed that we got approved without an interview because I still don't get a cancellation letter of my appointment scheduled to Jan 7, 2016. I will wait the hard copy of the approval and the instructions to see if we go to the appointment or not. Thanks everybody for your kind comments.

May/29/2024 -- NOA 1 released online.

May/29/2024 -- Biometrics Reuse letter released online. 

Jun/03/2024 -- Received the Biometrics Reuse letter in our mailbox at home.

July/21/2024 -- We got an email with the notice that the N-400 interview was scheduled. 

July 26/2024-- We received the physical letter with the notice that the N-400 interview was scheduled.

Sep/05/2024 -- N-400 Interview (passed!)

Sep/05/2024 -- Oath Ceremony will be scheduled. 

Sep/06/2024 -- We got an email with the notice that the Oath Ceremony was scheduled. 

Sep/17/2024 -- We received the physical letter with the info about the Oath Ceremony. 

Sep/27/2024 -- Oath Ceremony and Certificate of Naturalization issued.  (Journey over!) 

Oct/03/2024 --  We received the physical letter from SSA with the updated SSN card. 

Oct/15/2024 --  We received the physical letter from  NC DMV with my NC Real ID card.
